Thank you for using the Coin Scan ID Pro application (hereinafter referred to as "this Application")! To clarify the rights and obligations between you and the operator of this Application (hereinafter referred to as "we") in the process of using the services of this Application and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, please carefully read and fully understand this 《Coin Scan ID Pro User Service Agreement》 (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") before using this Application. Once you use this Application, it shall be deemed that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please stop using this Application immediately.

4.1 Service Changes

Due to factors such as business development needs, technical architecture upgrades or changes in laws and regulations, we have the right to adjust or optimize the service content, functional characteristics and performance of this Application. Relevant changes will be notified to you through in-application announcements, pop-up prompts and other channels. If you do not agree to the changes, you shall stop using this service immediately.

We may interrupt or terminate the service without liability in the following circumstances:

VI. Dispute Resolution

The signing, effectiveness, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall all be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions). In case of any dispute between the two parties, they shall first try to resolve it through negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction.
